Volunteers Create Dreams! Each year, our volunteers help us reach our goals and work towards our mission.  Many individuals join us in helping our students create their dreams in a variety of different ways by sharing their time with CYD and with our students.

Volunteers enjoy the flexibility our volunteer program offers and the personalities of our students.  First, because many of our activities occur outside of standard business hours, volunteering is often easy for professionals.  Second, many of our volunteer opportunities do not require a long-term commitment.  Third, there are a variety of ways someone can get involved, including: working with the students on a regular basis with our after school or tutoring programs, sharing a special skill, talent, or expertise, teaching about key topics, mentoring an college-bound students or with our fundraising efforts.
