The goal of Create Your Dreams' career preparation activities is to expose our students to a variety of careers and professionals as well as to help them gain valuable skills for the future.

Each year we host at least two Career Fairs for our students. We invite professionals to come and speak to our students about their careers and the paths they have taken to their success. Each Career Fair also has a networking time built in to give our students the opportunity to meet these professionals. We also make a point to integrate professionals into our after school curriculum as speakers on subjects or to share a skill.

We also arrange Job Shadowing days for our high school students to gain exposure to fields that are of interest to them.
